Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
- Add mix-ins: Gently fold in white chocolate chips, raspberries, and nuts (if using).
- Bake: Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
