π Instructions
πͺ Prepping the Kielbasa
1️⃣ Slice π kielbasa into 1/4-inch slices, cutting 2/3 of the way through but not all the way. Use π₯’ chopsticks or skewers to prevent cutting through completely.
2️⃣ Cut crosswise into 1-inch bite-sized pieces (about 20 bites per ring, 40 total). Place into a large π₯£ bowl.
π₯ Making the Sauce
3️⃣ In a small π₯£ bowl, mix π barbecue sauce, π Dijon mustard, and π maple syrup. Stir to combine.
4️⃣ Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce over the kielbasa and toss to coat. Reserve the rest for later.
π³ Air Frying
5️⃣ Arrange the kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (Work in batches if needed.)
6️⃣ Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
7️⃣ Remove and place on a large π» platter or πΊ baking sheet. Brush 1/4 cup of reserved sauce over the bites.

π₯ Oven Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat π₯ oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with π§» parchment paper.
2️⃣ Arrange kielbasa on the sheet and pour 1/2 cup of π sauce over them.
3️⃣ Bake for 18-20 minutes or until browned.
4️⃣ Remove from oven, toss with 1/4 cup of sauce, and serve warm.
