Maple BBQ Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

1️⃣ Slice 🌭 kielbasa into 1/4-inch slices, cutting 2/3 of the way through but not all the way. Use πŸ₯’ chopsticks or skewers to prevent cutting through completely.
2️⃣ Cut crosswise into 1-inch bite-sized pieces (about 20 bites per ring, 40 total). Place into a large πŸ₯£ bowl.

3️⃣ In a small πŸ₯£ bowl, mix πŸ– barbecue sauce, 🌭 Dijon mustard, and 🍁 maple syrup. Stir to combine.
4️⃣ Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce over the kielbasa and toss to coat. Reserve the rest for later.

🍳 Air Frying

5️⃣ Arrange the kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (Work in batches if needed.)
6️⃣ Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
