Ground Beef & Potato Casserole

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
✔️ 1 lb ground beef
✔️ 1 medium onion, diced
✔️ 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
✔️ 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
✔️ ½ cup milk
✔️ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite blend)
✔️ Salt & pepper, to taste
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain any excess grease.
2️⃣ Add Potatoes & Sauce:
Stir in the thinly sliced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Simmer:
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10–15 minutes, or until the potatoes begin to soften.
4️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
5️⃣ Assemble Casserole:
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13" casserole dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with shredded cheese.
6️⃣ Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.
