Sweet Moscato Sangria

 

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white moscato wine
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) pink moscato wine
  • 2/3 cup Chambord liqueur
  • 2 cups lemon lime soda
  • 2 cups seltzer water
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chop all fresh fruit and gather a large pitcher.
  2. To the large pitcher add both bottles of wine, and the Chambord.
  3. Add the fruits, then stir, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or up to 12 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, pour in lemon lime soda and seltzer water, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a lime slice.

Chef Tip: This recipe makes about 11-12 cups of sangria, which will serve about 11 people at a standard serving size of 1 cup per person.
