Cookie Dough Stuffed Brownies

 

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

• 113g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 105g (1/2 cup) light brown sugar
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 80g (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (80g) mini chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup (75g) sweetened condensed milk.

Brownie Ingredients:

• 180g (3/4 cup) unsalted butter
• 300g (1 1/2 cups) granulated sugar
• 75g (3/4 cup) Dutch process cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons (about 40g) all-purpose flour
• 150g dark chocolate (55-70% cocoa solids), optional, chopped or ground in a food processor
