Ingredients:
- 1 package of fresh or frozen Olivier Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Cook the Ravioli:
- Bring a medium to large pot of salted water to a boil. If using frozen ravioli, there’s no need to thaw it first.
- Add a splash of oil to prevent sticking.
- Gently place the ravioli into the boiling water. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Cook fresh ravioli for about 3 minutes or until they float to the top. If the ravioli contains meat, cook for about 6 minutes.
- Carefully drain the ravioli and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
- While the ravioli is cooking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the cottage or ricotta cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes until the cheese is heated through and the sauce is well combined.
Combine and Serve:
- Gently toss the cooked ravioli with the sauce in the saucepan or serve the sauce over the ravioli on individual plates.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Enjoy your delicious ravioli dish!
