PEACH BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (237 ml) milk or oat milk, cold
  • 1 fresh peach (about 200 g), pit removed and roughly chopped
  • 5 oz (140 g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (40 g) honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice
  • Fresh mint, peach slices, and extra berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk into a blender.
  2. Add the chopped peach and blueberries.
  3. Top with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or flavor if needed.
  5. Serve immediately. Garnish with additional peach slices, fresh blueberries, and a sprig of mint if desired.
