Ingredients:
- 1 cup (237 ml) milk or oat milk, cold
- 1 fresh peach (about 200 g), pit removed and roughly chopped
- 5 oz (140 g) fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tbsp (40 g) honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (130 g) ice
- Fresh mint, peach slices, and extra berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour the milk into a blender.
- Add the chopped peach and blueberries.
- Top with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or flavor if needed.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with additional peach slices, fresh blueberries, and a sprig of mint if desired.
