Ingredients:
- 4 medium Russet or Idaho potatoes, washed and dried
- Olive oil spray
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Sour cream, Greek yogurt, butter, chili, chives, broccoli and cheese, etc.
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare potatoes: Pierce each potato with a fork a few times.
- Season potatoes: Spray potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry: Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife can easily pierce the center. Flip potatoes halfway through cooking time.
- Serve: Serve potatoes hot, topped with your favorite toppings.
Optional toppings:
