Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened vegan yogurt
- 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup spinach or kale
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions:
- Add ingredients: Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses to serve.
Optional additions:
- For extra protein: Add a scoop of chocolate protein powder.
- For a boost of nutrients: Add spinach or kale.
- For a thicker texture: Use both frozen strawberries and frozen banana.
- For added fiber: Add chia seeds.
