Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 block silken tofu
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
- Blend: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately!
- Meal prep: For meal prep, throw all ingredients except milk into a baggie and freeze. When ready to have your smoothie, empty the contents of the baggie into a blender, add milk, and blend.
Optional additions:
- For extra nutrients: Add spinach, kale, nut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, cottage cheese, or silken tofu.
- For added flavor: Add cinnamon or nutmeg.
