Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Prepare chives: Wash and chop chives. Set aside.
- Melt butter: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Be careful not to burn it.
