Ingredients:
- 500 grams rump steak
- 250 grams peas
- 4 carrots
- 200 grams bean sprouts
- 1 broccoli
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cl beef broth
- 20 grams brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cl soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
Instructions:
- Prepare Marinade: In a saucepan, combine beef broth, brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sake, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then let cool.
- Marinate Steak: Add rump steak strips to the marinade and let them sit in a cool place for 30 minutes.
- Prepare Vegetables: Wash and peel vegetables. Cut into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook Vegetables: Brown all vegetables in olive oil in a pan, ensuring they remain crisp.
- Cook Beef: In a wok, combine marinated beef with the cooked vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Serve the teriyaki beef immediately.
