Ingredients:
For the Steak and Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 ribeye steaks, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onions, sliced (green parts only)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Potatoes:
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly.
- Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Prepare the Steak and Chicken:
- Season the chicken and steak cubes with garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken and steak cubes for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

- Spread the loaded mashed potatoes into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
