Hasselback Potatoes


Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme), for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare potatoes: Cut slits into potatoes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Season potatoes: Brush potatoes with melted butter and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Roast potatoes: Place potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
