Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (approximately 473.18 g)
- 6 cups baby spinach (about 180 g)
- 3 small celery stalks
- 1 thumb ginger root
Instructions:
Prepare your produce:
- If spinach is pre-washed, no need to wash again. Otherwise, rinse and dry it to avoid watery juice.
- Wash the celery if necessary and dry it.
- Peel the pineapple, removing the rind, and cut it into chunks or larger pieces depending on your juicer.
- Peel the ginger (optional), removing any visible seeds from the lemon if used.
Juicing:
- Add the spinach and ginger to your juicer first.
- Then, add the heavier pieces like pineapple and celery.
- If using a Nama J2 or J3, you can add most ingredients at once; for other juicers, add them one by one.
Serve & Enjoy:
- Once juiced, pour into glasses or jars.
- For a colder drink, add ice cubes.
- Optionally, use a glass straw for a more eco-friendly experience.
Notes:
- The recipe yields about 2 cups (500 mL), ideal for one large or two small servings.
- Adjust the sweetness by altering the amount of pineapple or spinach.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days—shake before drinking.
Enjoy your fresh, green juice!
