1️⃣ Brown the Butter

  1. Cut the butter into cubes and place in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the butter becomes golden brown and foamy.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a heat-safe bowl to cool.

2️⃣ Prepare Dry Ingredients

  1. While the butter cools, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

11. Flatten each dough ball slightly and place a marshmallow in the center.
12. Wrap the dough around the marshmallow, leaving the top exposed.
13. Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top.
14. Bake 6 cookies at a time on a large baking sheet for 10 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
