ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES (3 INGREDIENTS)

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sweetener
  • 1 Egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl then, using your hands or an electric mixer, mix until well combined. 
  3. It won't look like the smoothest batter at first but don't worry, you'll be able to smooth it out with your hands in the next step.
  4. Form 9 uniform balls of cookie dough and spread them out on the baking sheet.
  5. Use a fork to gently press down and flatten the tops (make a crisscross pattern) and round out the edges.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are nice and crispy. 
  7. Allow to cool compleletly on the baking sheet before attempting to touch or move them or they will crumble.
  8. Enjoy!
