Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (16-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 (12-fluid ounce) can or bottle beer

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until the kielbasa is tender and plump.
