GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with the salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the butter sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
