Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with the salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the steak cubes to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the butter sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
