Ingredients
Chicken Tenders
- 3 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 3 Tbsp. dried garlic flakes
- 3 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 3 tsp. course sea salt
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 c. whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Add the egg to one shallow bowl and whisk until well beaten.
- To a second bowl, add the seeds, garlic, onion and sea salt.
- Slice the chicken breasts into long 1 inch thick tenders.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg and scrape excess off with your fingers. Roll in the everything mixture until well coated. Place the coated tender in the Air Fryer basket.
- Repeat until all the tenders are coated.
- Cook in the AirFryer at 350° for 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°. (thicker chicken tenders will take longer)
- While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl whisk together the dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Serve hot chicken with cream cheese dipping sauce on the side.
