Crab Cake Egg Rolls

 

Ingredients: * 1 lb Crabmeat * ½ cup Crushed Ritz Crackers * ⅓ cup Mayonnaise * 1 Large Egg * 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning * 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped * ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce * ½ tbsp Lemon Juice * 6 Egg Roll Wrappers * ½ cup Water (for sealing the egg rolls) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and parsley. 2. Fold in crushed Ritz crackers and crabmeat. Chill the mixture for 15 minutes. 3. Lay out egg roll wrappers. Spoon crab cake mixture onto each wrapper and fold into egg rolls. 4. Seal the edges with water. 5. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. 6. Serve hot with dipping sauces like sweet chili or soy sauce. Notes: * Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for enhanced flavor and presentation.
