Ingredients:
- 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions:
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
- Brown beef steak in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese over the mixture. Cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional cheese.
