Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
  3. Brown beef steak in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle provolone cheese over the mixture. Cover until cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional cheese.

Notes:

  • Customize by adding or substituting vegetables or protein to your preference.
  • Ensure tortellini is cooked al dente for the best texture.
