- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2-2/3 cup (122g) plant-based milk (such as cashew milk, adjust for preferred thickness)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: mini chocolate chips for topping
- Optional: warm drizzle of peanut butter for topping
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla extract, chia seeds, plant-based milk, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to another sealable container.
- Place in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to soak and soften.
- Before serving, give the mixture a good stir.
- Optionally, top with mini chocolate chips and a drizzle of warmed peanut butter.
