Instructions:
- Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, whisking to combine. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Pizza Puffs: Preheat oven to 425°F (400°F for thin crust). In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic. Heat in the microwave until partially melted. Brush this mixture into muffin pan cups.
- Layer ingredients: Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut into 12 equal circles. Press dough into muffin cups. Add a thin layer of mozzarella cheese, diced chicken, a dollop of Alfredo sauce, and bacon pieces. Top with more mozzarella cheese.
