Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 2 tablespoons jelly
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
- Assemble: In a jar, combine oats, milk, peanut butter, jelly, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate: Seal shut with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until oats are soft.
