PB And J Overnight Oats


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons jelly
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Optional additions:
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Assemble: In a jar, combine oats, milk, peanut butter, jelly, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate: Seal shut with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until oats are soft.
  3. Serve: Serve chilled straight from the jar.

Optional additions:

  • For extra crunch: Add chopped nuts or seeds.
  • For added sweetness: Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  • For extra nutrients: Add fresh or frozen berries.
  • For added spice: Add cinnamon or nutmeg.
