Instructions:
- Prepare the Slaw: In a medium bowl, combine the red cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and ¼ cup of the bang bang sauce. Toss to coat.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Place 2-3 pieces of warm bang bang chicken on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Top with a spoonful of the cabbage slaw.
- Drizzle with additional bang bang sauce.
- Place the top half of the bun on each slider.
