👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Hot Honey

✅ In a small pot, combine honey and chili flakes.
✅ Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
✅ Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar.
✅ Let it cool for 10 minutes, then sieve the honey into a jar to remove the chili flakes.
✅ Allow to cool completely and store for later use.


2️⃣ Prepare the Salmon Bites

✅ Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
✅ In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, chilli powder, oregano, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
✅ Cut your salmon into small 2cm x 2cm chunks.
✅ Add the salmon chunks to the seasoned breadcrumb mix, tossing gently to coat evenly.


3️⃣ Air Fry the Salmon

✅ Place the coated salmon chunks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
✅ Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crisp.


4️⃣ Serve

✅ Transfer the salmon bites to a serving bowl.
✅ Drizzle with your hot honey and sriracha mayo.
✅ Optional: Garnish with fresh coriander, flaky sea salt, and lime wedges for extra zest.
