Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby red potatoes (washed and halved)
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (to garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Potatoes:

    • In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. Air Fry:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the basket (cook in batches if needed).
    • Air fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Shake and Continue Cooking:

    • After 10 minutes, shake the basket and stir the potatoes to ensure even cooking.
    • Continue to air fry for another 8-10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  4. Serve:

    • Once done, serve the potatoes with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of chopped parsley for added freshness and flavor.
