Ingredients:
- 2 large croissants
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 avocado (sliced, optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Cut croissants in half horizontally and toast lightly in the skillet until golden brown.
- On the bottom half of each croissant, add a slice of cheddar cheese. Top with scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon per sandwich, and extra cheese if desired.
- Add avocado slices for extra creaminess (optional).
- Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
