Preheat Oven
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Make the Crust Base
In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the mixture is evenly blended. -
Shape the Mini Crusts
Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten into small round crusts about ¼ inch thick. -
First Bake

Add Sauce & Toppings
