500g ground chicken

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten

½ cup bread crumbs

Oil for frying

Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. -
Add the Spices
Stir in red chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. -
Bind the Mixture
Add the beaten egg and mix until incorporated. Gradually add bread crumbs until the mixture holds its shape. -
Shape the Patties
Divide the mixture evenly and form into round, flat patties. -
Fry to Perfection
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the pan without overcrowding. Fry 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. -
Drain & Serve
Remove patties and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sandwich into burger buns.
