🔥 Spicy Chicken Patties

📝 Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • Oil for frying


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix the Base
    In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

  2. Add the Spices
    Stir in red chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Bind the Mixture
    Add the beaten egg and mix until incorporated. Gradually add bread crumbs until the mixture holds its shape.

  4. Shape the Patties
    Divide the mixture evenly and form into round, flat patties.

  5. Fry to Perfection
    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the pan without overcrowding. Fry 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Drain & Serve
    Remove patties and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sandwich into burger buns.


💡 Notes

  • Make sure the oil is hot before frying to ensure a crispy crust.

  • Adjust chili powder to suit your heat preference.

  • Patties can be prepped ahead and frozen—just thaw and fry when ready!
