1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup shredded cooked chicken

4 oz mushrooms, chopped

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 garlic clove, minced or grated

2 packages puff pastry shells (thawed)

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 egg, whisked + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Sauté Mushrooms:
Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped mushrooms and sauté until tender. Remove from heat. -
Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine:-
Cooked mushrooms

Shredded chicken

Mozzarella cheese

Mayonnaise

Minced garlic
-
Chopped dill

Salt and pepper

Prepare the Pastry:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place thawed puff pastry shells on the sheet.

Fill each shell with 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture.

Brush the tops with egg wash (whisked egg + water).
