Breading Mixture

Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat.-
Tip: For best flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight—though you can dredge and cook them immediately if needed.

In a separate bowl, combine both bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. -
Bread the Chicken:
Dredge each marinated tender in the breading mixture, coating well on all sides. -
Air Fry the Chicken:
