Chicken Marinade

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 garlic clove, pressed or grated

Breading Mixture

  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat.

    • Tip: For best flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight—though you can dredge and cook them immediately if needed.

  2. Prepare the Breading:
    In a separate bowl, combine both bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bread the Chicken:
    Dredge each marinated tender in the breading mixture, coating well on all sides.

  4. Air Fry the Chicken:

    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil or cooking spray.

    • Place about 4 tenders at a time in the basket, not overcrowding.

    • Spray the tops of the breaded tenders lightly with oil.

    • Air fry at 400°F for 4–5 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.

    • Check internal temp: Chicken should reach 165°F at the thickest part.
