Ingredients
-
1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
-
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
-
3 tbsp melted butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp dried rosemary
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
-
Heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions
-
Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).
-
In a large bowl, combine the steak and potatoes with melted butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
-
Divide the mixture evenly among 4 sheets of foil. Fold the foil over and seal each packet tightly to lock in the flavor.
-
Grill or bake the packets for 20–25 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are fork-tender.
-
Carefully open the packets, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot!
