Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the steak and potatoes with melted butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.

  3. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 sheets of foil. Fold the foil over and seal each packet tightly to lock in the flavor.

  4. Grill or bake the packets for 20–25 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are fork-tender.

  5. Carefully open the packets, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot!
