BLACK ANGUS CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the butter, cheeses, mayonnaise, green onions, and garlic. Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread.
  4. Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Broil the bread on high for 3-4 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat mayonnaise.
  • If you don't have a broiler, simply bake the bread until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the bread with your favorite sides, such as soup, salad, or fruit.

Enjoy!
