CRISPY KETO BLUEBERRY CREAM


Ingredients

  • 6 Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.

  2. Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.

  4. Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.

  5. Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, and place seam side down into a well greased pan or rack.

  6. Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.

  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.

  8. Dust with more Swerve before serving.
