AIR FRYER TACO OYSTER CRACKERS

 

Ingredients

  • 2 10 ounce bags of oyster crackers
  • 3/4 cup oil vegetable, canola, avocado or grapeseed will work well
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl, and coat with the olive oil.  In a separate small bowl, mix all of the spices until well blended. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mixture over the crackers.
  • Toss the crackers in the spices until they’re completely coated.  Place the coated crackers in the Air Fryer basket, and cook for 8 minutes, at 350 degrees. 
  • Spread the crackers over a parchment paper lined counter and allow to cool to room temperature. Store the cooled crackers in an airtight container or re-sealable bag.
