Ingredients
- 2 10 ounce bags of oyster crackers
- 3/4 cup oil vegetable, canola, avocado or grapeseed will work well
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl, and coat with the olive oil. In a separate small bowl, mix all of the spices until well blended. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mixture over the crackers.
- Toss the crackers in the spices until they’re completely coated. Place the coated crackers in the Air Fryer basket, and cook for 8 minutes, at 350 degrees.
- Spread the crackers over a parchment paper lined counter and allow to cool to room temperature. Store the cooled crackers in an airtight container or re-sealable bag.
