Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1/2 French bread
- 1/3 cup green onions chopped
- 1/3 cup celery finely sliced
- 1/3 cup gorgonzola
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Slice your loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place on lined baking sheet. In a small bowl combine the chicken with buffalo sauce, until well coated.
- Spread the chicken evenly over each half of the sliced bread and top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with green onions, celery and bleu cheese. Slice into 2 inch pieces and serve immediately.
