Peach Cobbler Protein Shake


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Consistency: Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more frozen peaches for a thicker smoothie.
