  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

  2. Add Flavor
Reduce heat to low. Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.

  3. Make the Cucumber Salad
In a bowl, combine sliced cucumber, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve & Enjoy
Spoon the spicy beef mixture over the cucumber salad. Serve warm with a chilled salad base for a bold and refreshing meal.

💡 Notes

  • Naturally low in carbs—great for keto or paleo diets.

  • Prefer more heat? Add an extra spoon of chili paste or a pinch of red pepper flakes.

  • The cucumber salad can be made ahead and chilled for extra crunch.
