🌶️ Cajun Chicken Air Fryer Traybake
🍗 Ingredients

650 g chicken breast, diced (approx. 4 breasts)

2 tsp Cajun spice mix (see notes)

2 green peppers, deseeded and cut into 2 cm cubes

4 celery sticks, cut into small chunks

1 brown onion, peeled and cut into 2 cm cubes

1 tbsp sunflower oil
🍳 Instructions

Preheat & prep:
Add all the ingredients to your air fryer basket or a liner/tray, and stir well to coat everything in the oil and spice. -
Cook:
Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously halfway through. -
Check doneness:
Chicken should be fully cooked through with a golden edge. If any liquid collects at the bottom, you can spoon it over the traybake or discard it.
📝 Notes & Tips

Cajun spice mix:
Use a standard supermarket jar blend. Spice levels vary, so if you’re unsure, start with 1 tsp and add more after tasting. -
Air fryer basket with a slotted base?
You can:-
Remove the base (if possible)

Use a liner or tray
-
Or cook directly in the basket — it will just be a little less juicy.
