Ingredients:
10 frozen dinner rolls, thawed (e.g., Rhodes brand) π₯
4 cups fresh spinach π±
1 small shallot, finely chopped π§
4 oz cream cheese, softened π§
½ tsp salt π§
½ tsp pepper ⚫
½ tsp smoked paprika πΆ️
½ cup crumbled feta cheese π§
⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese π§
1 egg, whisked (for egg wash) π₯
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) π₯.
2. Thaw the dinner rolls according to the package instructions π₯.
3. SautΓ© the spinach and shallot in a skillet over medium heat until wilted and soft π±π§ . Let cool.
4. Mix the softened cream cheese, spinach mixture, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and feta in a bowl π₯£.
5. Prepare the dough: On a floured surface, flatten each thawed roll into a circle with your hands ✋.
6. Fill: Add a spoonful of the spinach-cheese mixture to the center, leaving space around the edges ππ§.
7. Top: Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella over the filling π§.
