Ingredients:


10 frozen dinner rolls, thawed (e.g., Rhodes brand) πŸ₯–


4 cups fresh spinach 🌱


1 small shallot, finely chopped πŸ§…


4 oz cream cheese, softened πŸ§€

½ tsp pepper ⚫


½ tsp smoked paprika 🌢️

Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) πŸ”₯.



2. Thaw the dinner rolls according to the package instructions πŸ₯–.



3. SautΓ© the spinach and shallot in a skillet over medium heat until wilted and soft πŸŒ±πŸ§…. Let cool.



4. Mix the softened cream cheese, spinach mixture, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and feta in a bowl πŸ₯£.



5. Prepare the dough: On a floured surface, flatten each thawed roll into a circle with your hands ✋.
