PROTEIN-RICH CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS


🥣 Strawberry Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

🛒 Ingredients

(Adjust using 1x, 2x, or 3x for meal prep)

  • ▢ ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • ▢ ½ scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Truvani)

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • ▢ ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • ▢ ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix it all up:
    Add all ingredients to a glass jar or container. Stir well to combine.

  2. Cover and chill:
    Seal with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

  3. Time to enjoy:
    Uncover, give it a quick stir, and dig in! Great for a fast, protein-packed breakfast.


💡 Notes & Tips

  • Meal prepping? This recipe can be doubled or tripled to make a few jars in advance.

  • Feel free to swap strawberries for blueberries, raspberries, or bananas!
