- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

- Cut the biscuits into small pieces, about 4 pieces per biscuit.
- Layer the biscuit pieces, sausage, and cheese in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit, sausage, and cheese layers.
- Prepare the gravy according to package directions.
- Pour the gravy over the egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Tips:
- You can use any flavor of sausage you like.
- You can also add other ingredients to the biscuit layers, such as chopped vegetables or herbs.
- If you want a thicker gravy, you can add a cornstarch slurry to the gravy before pouring it over the egg mixture. To make a cornstarch slurry, whisk together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as hash browns, fruit salad, or toast.
Enjoy!
