One-Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the fettuccine pasta. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.

4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the skillet. Allow the pasta to cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.

5. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the cooked chicken pieces and grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the chicken is heated through.

6. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

8. Serve the One-Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta hot, and enjoy your delicious and creamy meal!
