- Fresh cracked pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
- Sliced French bread or crostini, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Dish: Place the feta block in a small baking dish and surround it with the olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Mix the Seasonings: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add Seasonings to Feta: Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes to get a golden top.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with French bread or crostini.
