Ingredients:
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup blueberries (see note)
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9-inch round or square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Set the icing aside for later use. Slice each cinnamon roll into 6 pieces.
Arrange in Pan: Place the sliced cinnamon rolls in the prepared pan.
Add Blueberries: Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the cinnamon rolls in the pan.
Make Brown Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
Pour Mixture Over Rolls: Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls and blueberries in the pan.
Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and cooked through.
Drizzle with Icing: Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and drizzle the reserved icing over the hot rolls.
Serve: Serve the cinnamon roll casserole warm.
