Whipped Cottage Cheese with Almond Butter and Banana


Ingredients:

  • 1 (24-oz) container cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, hemp hearts, agave syrup

Instructions:

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a medium food processor. Pulse a few times, then process until smooth.
  2. Divide the whipped cottage cheese between 4 bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with almond butter, banana slices, and any optional toppings you like.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate any leftover whipped cottage cheese in the container it came in for later use.

Notes:
