- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil, avocado oil, or melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season and oil: Place chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Brush with oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic parsley salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Notes:
- Variations: Experiment with different seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, Cajun seasoning, taco seasoning, or Italian seasonings.
- Refrigeration: Store cooked chicken in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
- Freezing: Transfer chicken to freezer-safe containers or packaging for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
- Oven: Reheat at 350°F (175°C) in a covered baking dish with 3 Tbsp of water for 20-25 minutes.
- Air Fryer: Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 6 minutes per side.
